The World’s a Remote Control

french-canadian-olympic-connection_03

Here’s a cute drawing about a guy in Paris watching his buddy in Montréal wave the flag for him on TV. I used a very loose, lively style for this one, using only two colors.

United States of Americas

americas_08

Here’s a cover image I did on the topic of doing business with the Americas.  I used outlines of the maps of the United States and Latin America, and placed a number of icons on top.

  • Oregon: one of the world’s most fertile agricultural spots
  • New York: high buildings
  • Florida: famous for its citrus fruit
  • Georgia: number one peanut-producing state
  • Texas: oil
  • California: computers
  • Nevada: gambling
  • Kansas etc: agriculture
  • Mexico: lobsters/tourism
  • Costa Rica: second-largest exporter of bananas
  • Brazil: world’s second largest aircraft producer and strong in agriculture
  • Venezuela: strong in diamonds
  • Bolivia: second largest natural gas reserves in South America (LNG ship on the coast)
  • Chile: world’s fifth largest exporter of wine
  • Colombia: main exports include coffee
  • Peru: main exports include gold
