This skyscraper ad
banner (160x600) was designed in Flash. It is a complex and upbeat animation elaborating on the
company's online university (e-University) and promoting its current
course catalog.
Incorporating
selected cartoon illustrations of mine, the
banner resorts to limited animation techniques. I have also provided the
storyboard and the text copy using slogans like, "Business Leadership",
"Workplace Diversity", "Leading with a Vision", and "Technology
Training".
CLIENT:
DGB (Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund /
German Trade Union) (2006)
INFO:
This video was created to promote a brochure featuring
events and seminars offered by the German Trade Union (DGB)
in Munich. It was displayed across Munich subway stops using
"Infoscreen" technology to project image and video ads onto
walls to entertain passengers who are waiting for incoming
trains.
Stylewise, the video resorts to limited animation techniques
featuring a newly developed comic strip character of mine
called Joe. You can see some more samples of Joe here. The
animation works with black and white line art.

This skyscraper ad
banner (160x600) was developed in Flash to promote the human resources
services of the company. The animation employs illustrations which I
have developed in such a way as to suggest movement. I have also created
the story and the text copy for slogans like, "Human capital is your
most valuable corporate asset" and "Managing human resources is our
business".

These samples in a series of animations were designed for a set of
presentations using the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation
software.
To this end, I animated a number of still-life soccer player
character designs which have been created by an ad agency
for the FIFA soccer worldcup in 2006. The soccer
players are designed as rolls of duct tape come to life by adding
hands, legs and eyes.
Tesa, a subdivision of Beiersdorf, a provider of branded
consumer goods such as Nivea and Hansaplast, is a global
player in adhesive products.

Created in Flash, the PlatformOne banner is a promotional animation used
for the company's
services in human resources outsourcing. I have also created the story
and the artwork of a hand used in the animation. I have also develped
ad copy designs for
the company.
INFO:
This animation was produced to introduce wireless telecommunication services
offered by SIEMENS. SIEMENS is a world leader in
a great variety of consumer products and technological applications.
The animation illustrates instances of communication which work and
which don't. A number of puzzle piece atavars are shown amidst a city in various
scenes of communication by cell phone, video conference,
music files etc.

Background
designs for major flash animation

These background illustrations were designed as vector graphic art after
sketches by Munich designer, Mirek Kolar. The designs of a workplace, a
street, a city and a hospital were then used for a ten-minute Flash
animation to be used for a trade fair promotional video.

animation logo for Edutorial, a New-York-based print and multimedia
publishing agency

This flash animation was developed
to animate the logo for the web site, mathblues.com, an educational web
site for youngsters who hate math. It shows several mathematical symbols
and numbers running on and around the logo.

Globe Business College Munich (2007)
INFO:
This Flash animation was developed for a business college
website as an interactive means to feature portraits and CVs
of both faculty and students.
The various scenes within the animation can be accessed
using the cassete-deck-like navigation buttons.

This trailer animation was designed as a self-promotional gimmick for
BlueEdition.
