I |
 |
am an illustrator working for publishers from Europe, North America,
and Asia. I'm in Berlin, and have lived in New York a great
deal. I draw and make collages.
My clients include The New York Times, Süddeutsche Zeitung,
Welt am Sonntag, Kiplinger’s Magazine, Rowohlt, Crain,
Gruner+Jahr, New Scientist, Scientific American, Die Zeit,
Random House, Ritzenhoff, Johns Hopkins, Focus, National
Geographic, CBS, The Christian Science Monitor,
Der Spiegel, Milken Institute, Tesa, and Deutsche Bank.
In the world of book design, I have created jacket cover
designs for Random House’s Who am I – and if so, how many?
by
Richard David Precht, and Yuval Noah Harari’s Sapiens: A Brief
History of Humankind.
My work has been recognized by American Illustration, Society
of Illustrators, and Novum magazine, and Lürzer’s 200 Best
Illustrators Worldwide annual and the European Newspaper Award. I was a judge for the 3×3
Magazine illustration annual, am a recipient of the Munich Oktoberfest design competition
grand prize, and
been among the lucky few to create
stamp designs for Germany. |
